My Journey
My journey into psychotherapy was shaped by a desire to help people navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based support. With an Honours Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I have developed a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour, emotional experiences, and the patterns that can keep people feeling stuck.
My professional and personal experiences have deepened my understanding of the pressures people carry and the importance of having a space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. I strive to bring both clinical knowledge and genuine empathy into my work, creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood while working toward meaningful change.
Today, I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety and OCD through evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Why I Care
I believe everyone deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. Anxiety and OCD can be exhausting, often leaving people feeling stuck in cycles of worry, fear, or uncertainty. My goal is to provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences while building practical, evidence-based tools to help you move forward.
